Banks, 92, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.  He was born March 30, 1933 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of the late Joseph Banks and Mildred Watson Banks. He married Emma Louise Banks on June 21, 1963.  Emma preceded him in death December 17, 1998.  Rev.
