Barbara K (Rider) Haggard

Barbara K. Haggard, 67, of New Vienna, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Signature Health Care in Washington Court House, Ohio.  She was born October 20, 1955 in Oak Hill, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Rider and Dorothy Wolfe Rider.

Barbara served in the United States Army and enjoyed painting.

She is survived by two sons, David (Sandy) Haggard of Bossier City, Louisiana and Kenneth Haggard of Benton, Louisiana; a brother, Randy (Sharon) Rider of New Vienna, Ohio; a sister, Beth (Jim) Cox of Belpre, Ohio; a granddaughter, Isabella Haggard; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, a brother, Bob Rider, a sister, Kristy Rider, and a niece, Angela Rider, are preceded in death.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Asbury Cemetery in Nelsonville, Ohio.
