Betty L (West) Sheffield

Betty L. Sheffield, 87, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 at her residence.  She was born September 25, 1934 in Highland, Ohio, daughter of the late Faye Morton West and Eleanor Lucille Perry West.  She was a 1952 graduate of New Vienna High School.

Ms. Sheffield worked at Hiatt Jewelers in Wilmington for many years.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed walking.  She loved decorating for the various seasons and holidays and doing yard work.

Survivors include her daughter, Terri Powers of Mountville, Pennsylvania; her son, Todd Sheffield of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; sister, Rita (Jim) Faul of Wilmington, Ohio; grandchildren, Jared Lowe, Jessi (Adam) Truax, and Dillon Powers; great-grandchildren, Tanner Lowe and Aubrey Lowe; niece, Angela Faul of Port William, Ohio; and special friend, Wanda Bowermaster of Wilmington, Ohio.  In addition to her parents, a brother, Larry West, is preceded in death.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
