Debra C. Means, 53, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021. Her husband, Barry C. Means, whom she married July 8, 1995, survives. She was born January 22, 1967 in Florida, daughter of the late George and Joan Rayson.
Mrs. Means worked at Max & Erma’s restaurant on Gano Road for several years. She was currently employed at Weathervane Cleaners in Wilmington.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Shane) Jones of Wilmington, Ohio; two sons, Eddie Roberts of Wilmington, Ohio and Freddie (Kim) Roberts of New Vienna, Ohio; a stepson, Corey Blevins of West Portsmouth, Ohio; three brothers, Jerry (Vickie) Rayson of Wilmington, Ohio, George (Dee) Rayson of Georgia, and Kenny (Sharon) Rayson of Georgia; 10 grandchildren, Troyer Moredock, Harley Wallace, Jordan Wallace, Xavier Curtis, Katrina Jones, Audrey Roberts, Abby Roberts, Addison Roberts, Maddison Rayson, and Brintley Rayson; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, a son, Jerry Rayson, is preceded in death.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio. A funeral service with Mike Shaw officiating will begin at 6:00 PM, Thursday.
