Dianne Lee (Moots) Hunter

Dianne Lee Hunter, 78, of Dayton (formerly of Wilmington) passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at St. Leonard Nursing Home, Centerville, Ohio.

She was born April 14, 1945 in Cuba, Ohio, daughter of the late Wilbur Lee Moots and Ruth Esther Slyby Moots.  She was a graduate of Wilmington High School and Wilmington College.

Dianne retired after teaching English at Wilmington High School and then GED classes in Kettering.  She was a longstanding member of the Ascension Catholic Church in Kettering and a firm supporter of the Pro-Life movement.

She is survived by her three children, Shaun (Sarah) Hunter, Ester (Logan) Bravard, and Dwight (Abbey Moonis) Hunter, and six grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
