Dolly L. Hottinger, of New Vienna, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at her residence. Her husband, William Floyd Hottinger Jr., preceded her in death January 31, 1991. They were married January 7, 1958. Mrs. Hottinger was born December 23, 1939 in Elmville, Ohio, daughter of the late Calvin Theodore Clark and Edna Faye Rhoads Clark.
She is survived by three sons, Danny Hottinger of Hillsboro, Ohio, William “Billy” (Lisa) Hottinger of Wilmington, Ohio, and Jesse Hottinger of Wilmington, Ohio; two daughters, Brenda Hottinger of Danville, Ohio and Peggy (Jim) Miller of New Vienna, Ohio; two brothers, Tommy (Eve) Clark of Florida and Eldon (Betty) Clark of Hillsboro, Ohio; five grandchildren, Heather (Wayne) Cox, Jessica (Kyle) Brown, Danny (Dakota) Hottinger Jr., Amy (Spencer) Maulsing, and Katie Hottinger; 11 great-grandchildren, Chloe, Lucas, Aubree, John, Elizabeth, Annabelle, Emma, Patrick, Cody, Josh, and Waylon; a special family member, Tammy Brown; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, a daughter-in-law, Patricia Hottinger, a brother, Virgil Clark, and five sisters, Margie Potts, Helen Lightner, Edna Tharp, Dorothy Jean Clark, and infant sister, Baby Doll Clark, are preceded in death.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at L. Eugene Smith & Son Funeral Home, 64 S. South Street, New Vienna, Ohio. Burial will be in New Vienna I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
