Donald E Workman

Donald E. Workman, 81, of New Vienna, Ohio died Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation Residence.  He was born September 15, 1940 in Adams County, Ohio. Mr. Workman retired from Ferno Washington in Wilmington.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel Mae Cox Workman; six stepchildren, Troy Smith, Terry Smith, Todd Smith, Crystal Smith, Candi Smith, and Toby Pyle; two half-brothers, John Damron and Ray Damron; a half-sister, Phyllis Damron Gilliam; as well as numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Workman was preceded in death by his mother, Naomi Jean Purtee Damron; and sisters, Thelma Damron and Judith Graham.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday, June 20, 2022 at Smith Funeral Home, 64 S. South Street, New Vienna, Ohio.  Burial will follow in New Vienna I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
