Gertie Campbell

Gertie Campbell, 88, of Wilmington, Ohio (formerly of Miamisburg, Ohio) died 1:00 AM, Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.  She was born January 2, 1932 in Whitley Kentucky, a daughter of the late John M. and Effie Rose Tye.  She retired from the Friendly Nursing Home in Miamisburg.

Survivors include a son, Roy Glen (Sheila) Campbell of Georgia; sister, Jewell Holloway, of Franklin, Ohio and two other sisters; grandchildren, Rebecca Bennett, Gabriel Campbell, Jessica Campbell, Danny Campbell, David Campbell, Patricia Pound, and Tina Pajares; great-grandchildren, Sarah Lykins, Brittany Lykins, Blayze Lykins, Brian Pound, Amber Pound, Tyler Pajares, Spencer Pajares, Skyler Pajares, Lexi Campbell, and James Campbell; great-great-grandchildren, Michelle Nakata, Harmony Lykins, and Gabriel Lykins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Campbell, a son, Richard Lee Campbell, and daughter-in-law, Erin Campbell.

A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
