Janice Foster, 71, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation Residence. Her husband, Floyd O. Foster Sr., preceded her in death. She was born February 19, 1950 in Clinton County, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Hazel Jones Robinette. She enjoyed sewing and knitting.
Janice is survived by a daughter, Billie (Jim) Wallace; two sons, Floyd (Patty) Foster and Preston (Joyce) Foster; a stepson, Roger (Louise) Foster; two sisters, Linda Tye and Judy Robinette; eight grandchildren, Matthew Foster, Cameron Foster, Jacob Foster, Floyd Foster III, Roger Turner, Nathan Wallace, Jalynn Foster, and Josie Foster; and two great-grandchildren, Oakleigh Wallace and Caiden Turner.
In addition to her husband and parents, a brother, Junior Robinette, and two sisters, Betty Goodwin and Sue Bogan, are preceded in death.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio. A funeral service with Pastor Ginger Pendell officiating will begin at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday. Burial will be in Grape Grove Cemetery, Jamestown, Ohio.
