Jason Michael Flint, age 17, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 from injuries sustained in an automobile crash. He was born February 26, 2007 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jason was going to be a senior at Clinton Massie High School where he was a member of the varsity basketball team and the track team. He had also played soccer and baseball and enjoyed watching all sports.
Jason is survived by his mother, Jennifer Moffitt of Harveysburg, Ohio; his father and stepmother, Jason E. and Cheryl Flint of Blanchester, Ohio; brothers, Braden Flint and Parker Flint; sisters, Madison Flint and Rebecca (Reed Gerber) Flint; grandparents, Dan and Merita Moffitt and Ron and Arlene Flint; aunts and uncles, Brian and Christina Moffitt, Rebecca and Ryan Chamberlin, Eric and Stefanie Moffitt, and Chad Flint; three nephews, Carson, Landon, and Weston; several cousins; and numerous friends.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Clinton County Fairgrounds Expo Center, 958 W. Main Street, Wilmington, Ohio. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 8, 2024 at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 312 Fairground Road, Xenia, Ohio. Burial will be at Sugar Grove Cemetery in Wilmington.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Jason Memorial Fund can be made payable to Jennifer Moffit (with Jason’s name in the memo) and sent to Wright-Patt Credit Union, 161 Carrie Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. The memorial fund will be used to benefit the athletic program at Clinton Massie High School.
