June Harrington

June P. Harrington “Grandma H”, 89, formerly of Belmont, New York, passed from this life on July 1, 2020, in Waynesville, Ohio.  Born in Amity, New York, on June 17, 1931, to Victor and Ruby Peterson, June was known for her cooking, baking (especially cheesecake), hospitality, and quilting skills, all of which she was diligent to pass on to her daughters and granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-six years to the day, Herbert E. Harrington “Grandpa H”, in 2017, and a grandson in 2018. 

She is survived by her four daughters and sons-in-law, eleven grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, and one brother.  

There will be a private family memorial to celebrate her life and her joyful reunion in the presence of her Lord with those who have gone before.
