KENNETH TEDRICK Obituary

Kenneth "Kenny" R. Tedrick Sr., 62, of Midland, Ohio died 12:07 PM, Monday, January 3, 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. His wife, Jean McCarty Tedrick, survives. They were married Jan. 2, 1971. Mr. Tedrick was born June 10, 1948, in Mariemont, Ohio, son of the late Raymond and Mabel Feck Tedrick. Mr. Tedrick had been a press operator for the Cincinnati Milacron. He was a member of the Blanchester VFW and the Edenton Masonic Lodge. He served in the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Mr. Tedrick is survived by four sons, Kenneth R. Tedrick Jr. of Midland, Ohio, Tobey (Amber) Tedrick of Blanchester, Ohio, Nathaniel (Darla) Tedrick of Midland, Ohio, and Calvin (Nicki) Tedrick of Midland, Ohio; five brothers, Larry Tedrick of Blanchester, Ohio, Danny (Barb) Tedrick of Xenia, Ohio, Harry Tedrick of Florida, Steve (Eileen) Tedrick of Blanchester, Ohio, and David (Ruth) Tedrick of Blanchester, Ohio; two sisters, Barbara Wilhite of Hillsboro, Ohio and Janet (Denny) Stanforth of Midland, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Jenna Tedrick, Seamus Tedrick, Finnegan Tedrick, Lilly Tedrick, Hayden Tedrick, Oscar Tedrick, Tobi Kay Tedrick, Xavier Tedrick, and Silas Tedrick; and several special nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Pastor Vic Teeters and Pastor Angela France officiating. Burial will be in the Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery with military honors provided by the Southwest Ohio Memorial Squad. Friends may call from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home.
