Katherine (McIntosh) Carmer

Katherine S. Carmer, 64, of Hillsboro, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022 at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.  Her husband, Martin Carmer, preceded her in death.  She was born October 28, 1957 in Mariemont, Ohio, daughter of the late Donald McIntosh and Charlene Elizabeth McVay McIntosh. 

Mrs. Carmer was a graduate of Knott Co. Central High School in Hindman, Kentucky and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University.  She was an active member of Living Hope Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her son, James Andrew Logan (Liberty) McIntosh; daughters, Amanda (Chris) Winkler and Sara (Steve) Lamb; a brother, James (Joy) McIntosh; sisters, Mary McIntosh and Donna (Kermit) Williams; and her grandchildren, Ashley and Aubrey Lamb, Emma and Garrett Walker, and Madi and Riley Winkler.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Living Hope Pentecostal Church, 115 E. Josie Avenue, Hillsboro, Ohio followed by a service at 7:00 PM, Tuesday.
