Philip C Dawley

Philip C. Dawley, 90, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022.  His wife, Joan L. Dawley, preceded him in death July 14, 2017.  They were married October 23, 1974.  He was born November 27, 1931 in Seaman, Ohio, son of the late Oren and Margaret Dawley.

Mr. Dawley served in the U.S. Marine Corp. during the Korean War.  He retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base and was a member of the American Legion Post 49 and the National Rifle Association

Survivors include his sons, Curtis (Sandy) Dawley of Wilmington, Ohio and Craig (Trieva) Dawley of Blanchester, Ohio; grandchildren, Zach (Katy) Dawley and Sarah Dawley; great-grandchildren Blayne, Bailey, Quynn, Nathan, Logan, Emma, and Parker; and his longtime friend, Bob Robinson of Martinsville, Ohio.

In addition to his wife and parents, a brother, Howard Dawley, is preceded in death.

Graveside services with Craig Dawley officiating will be 11:00 AM, June 4, 2022 at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.  Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 49 Honor Guard.
