Phyllis (Brannon) Mitchell

Phyllis Marie Mitchell, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022.  Mrs. Mitchell retired from the Mental Health Recovery Center of Clinton and Warren County where she served as the Executive Director.  She was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church.  She received her Master’s degree from Xavier University.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Richard Mitchell; her son, Todd (Cindy) Sutton of Wilmington, Ohio; her daughter, Lacey Mitchell of Wilmington, Ohio; a brother, Gary Brannon of Wilmington, Ohio; two grandchildren, Gracie Sutton and Chloe Sutton; and her nephew, Nick Brannon.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Brannon; mother, Frances Murrell Brannon; and son, Dwayne Sutton.

Services for Phyllis will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a tree be planted in Phyllis’ memory.
