Ronald R Pfeiffer

Ronald R. Pfeiffer, 83, of Martinsville, Ohio passed away Monday, June 29, 2026 at his residence.  He was born October 13, 1942 in Lake Parsippany, New Jersey, son of the late Rudolph and Ingeborg Pfeiffer.  He married his wife, Ruby Pfeiffer, on November 20, 1982.  Ruby preceded him in death January 25, 2023.

Mr. Pfeiffer retired as a Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force after 23 and a half years of service.  After his military career he worked at the Naval Shipyard in Virginia and then Lowes in Wilmington before retiring a second time.  Ronald enjoyed swimming, diving, golfing, and hunting. He and his wife were also avid bingo players. 

Survivors include children, Standelyn (Jerry) Williams of Leesburg, Ohio, Danny Bailey of Wilmington, Ohio, and Jody Bailey of Wilmington, Ohio; a sister, Charlotte Lydiksen of Lake Parsippany, New Jersey; grandchildren, Shawn Reynolds, Jennifer (Dennis) Bandy, Paul Bailey Jr., Ashleigh (Dustin) Hudson, Joshua Bailey, Amanda Bailey, Logan (Bryan) Allphin, Brittney (Isaac) Shepard, Rachel Bailey, James Bailey, Ruby (Andrew) Lykins, and Kimberly Bruce; and 17 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by son, Paul Bailey; daughter, Sharon Reynolds; and brothers, Ralph Pfeiffer, Ritchie Pfeiffer, and Bobby Pfeiffer.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 2, 2025 at the Clarksville Cemetery in Clarksville, Ohio.
